Rose & Cardamon Cupcakes
These rose and cardamon cupcakes were baked for a special Bollywood inspired party. I added ground cardamon to both the mix and to the butter icing for an indian twist.
You will find the basic recipe here. I added one tablespoon of rose essence and one teaspoon of ground cardamon to the mix and another tablespoon of rose essence to the butter frosting, then decorated with fresh roses! Happy baking!!!
