Yesterday
I attended a cupcake decorating workshop “All about sugar paste” in a very old
restored house in Zurich and I learnt how to make leaves, flowers, roses, butterflies,
baskets, etc.. with sugar paste. The workshop
was thankfully in English and organised by Alexandra and Timea from
Ribizli. Please check out their website here
as they offer many classes. I very much
enjoyed working with sugar paste and I found it easy to model and shape little objects. I am looking forward to attending their
cupcake decorating workshop soon. Classes
cost around CHF 125 for ca 3 hours.
